How do I know what I ordered in the past?

Everything purchased before December of 2023 will be marked as original or original concentrate and these will match previous orders. This ensures that customers receive the version they're accustomed to while still providing the option for the enhanced concentrate formula for future purchases.

Why do I need concentrated fragrance?

Introducing a concentrated fragrance as an enhanced version is a great way to provide customers with stronger scent options. It also makes sense that the concentrate formula might be necessary for specific product types, perhaps those where a longer-lasting or more intense fragrance experience is desired.
